Alveolus has established a stockholder communication protocol to ensure that each stockholder receives updates on corporate progress and financial progress on a quarterly basis.

In accordance with this, Alveolus senior management will distribute a quarterly update or current market status report to each shareholder of record, approximately 30 days after the quarter has ended. This will include detailed financials and a review of current corporate status related to product development testing and marketing.
